Duties
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging cricket training sessions tailored to different skill levels
- Support head coaches in developing training programs that focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, and fitness
- Observe players’ performances during practice and matches, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Help organize team drills, warm-ups, and game strategies to optimize team performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Maintain equipment and ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches
- Contribute to the assessment of player progress and assist in identifying talent for advanced development programs
Requirements
- Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in cricket or similar team sports
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels
- Passion for cricket with a deep understanding of game rules, techniques, and strategies
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills to support training schedules and event planning
- Commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive sporting environment
