We’re now looking for friendly and proactive Customer Service Agents to join our Leeds team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, taking inbound calls, answering queries, and making sure every customer feels part of the Your Local family.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling inbound customer service calls with professionalism and care
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and finding the right solution
- Actioning queries quickly and accurately to keep everything running smoothly
- Updating customer details and managing cases in our simple CRM system
- Working closely with colleagues to make sure our service is always clean, simple, and reliable

- A confident communicator with a friendly, helpful approach
- Someone who thrives on solving problems and keeping customers happy
- Organised, attentive to detail, and able to manage different queries at once
- Positive, proactive, and a real team player
- Customer service experience is a bonus
