The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team. You will play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous learning across the organisation by managing training systems, coordinating sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the training calendar and bookings
- Lead implementation and upkeep of the PeopleXD (HR System) Learning Module
- Track mandatory training compliance and escalate non-compliance
- Produce monthly reports and dashboards for managers
- Support onboarding and induction for new staff
- Standardise learning and development processes across services
- Liaise with external training providers to source cost-effective training
- Respond to training queries and gather feedback to improve learning offers
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience with HR or learning systems (e.g. PeopleXD)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Commitment to confidentiality, equality, and inclusion
Desirable:
- Experience in social care or working with vulnerable groups
- Familiarity with statutory training requirements in care setting
