Repairs Scheduler / Maintenance Administrator:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Scheduler / Maintenance Administrator to join our busy Heating and Plumbing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, managing booking diaries, and ensuring all works are completed efficiently from initial report through to completion.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and previous experience within a repairs scheduling or property maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate engineers’ diaries effectively to maximise productivity
Schedule repairs and maintenance appointments in line with service requirements
Allocate works efficiently to operatives and contractors
Liaise with operatives, supervisors, tenants, and clients regarding repairs and job progress
Handle incoming calls, emails, and maintenance queries professionally Monitor outstanding works and ensure jobs are completed within agreed deadlines
Update internal systems accurately with job notes, appointments, and progress updates.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the repairs team
Ensure all repair works are managed efficiently from initial report through to completion
Work closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer service and operational performance
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience within repairs scheduling, maintenance administration, or property services
Strong understanding and knowledge of scheduler rates
Experience managing and planning multiple engineers’ diaries
Background within construction admin or property maintenance
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
