Mainly Mortgages are looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Broker.
*Would suit someone newly qualified / working towards full qualification or with a min 6 months experience*
We operate in the specialist market, often getting clients approved when everyone else has said no! We pride ourselves on being able to offer solutions to customers that normally would not qualify.
You will need to be driven, hard working and highly organised. Exceeding targets should be the standard.
Hunger to succeed is a must
Duties
- Having initial conversations with customers, "fact finding" and accurately recording their current circumstances.
- Pre Qualify & Manage leads coming into the business
- researching products & lenders criteria's
- Assessing customer affordability
What we are looking for:
Fully CeMAP qualified (or working towards) CeMap 1 minimum
- An understanding of the Mortgage Market- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Able to generate business
