Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Basement Waterproofing Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, and repairing waterproofing systems in residential and commercial basements to prevent.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to creating safe, dry, and durable spaces for our clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and eager to develop their skills in construction-related trades.
Duties
- Inspect basement areas to identify sources of water infiltration and assess repair needs
- Install waterproofing membranes, waterproof renders, drainage systems, sump pumps, and related components using hand tools and power tools
- Perform repairs on existing waterproofing systems, including sealing cracks and replacing damaged materials
- Read schematics and technical drawings to ensure proper installation of waterproofing solutions
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for each job site
Qualifications
- Experience with waterproofing systems such as Sika Render, Delta Membranes and RIW is essential.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in confined or challenging spaces
- CSCS Card required.

Pay: £25,420.00-£44,663.26 per year
