Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimise our supply chain and logistics processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing transportation, warehousing, and materials handling activities, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in logistics, process improvement, and data analysis to contribute to operational excellence within a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule nationwide operational works.
- Allocate work efficiently based on technician availability, location and competency.
- Manage re-bookings, cancellations and scheduling.
- Liaise with clients regarding booking dates, access requirements and operational updates.
- Ensure technicians receive accurate job information, RAMS and site requirements.
- Send RAMS onto clients if required
- Support Area Supervisors and Management Teams with operational planning.
- Monitor workload capacity and escalate resource concerns.
- Maintain accurate records within FieldMotion and company planning systems.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in operations coordination, scheduling or planning.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and scheduling systems.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience within facilities management, compliance services, HVAC or ventilation hygiene sectors.
- Experience coordinating field-based teams across multiple regions.

Salary: Starting at £28,000 depending on experience
