We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join the team at Runnymede on Thames on a fixed term basis for four months.
The Administrator will be supporting the Operational Support Coordinator in a range of administrative tasks, that help to keep the hotel operating.

General administrative support.

Filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records.

Assisting with ensuring all team members have signed contracts on file and scanning paper copies into electronic records.

Preparing and updating staff notice boards and internal communications.

Ensuring deliveries, post, and internal correspondence are distributed to the correct departments.

Assisting with uniform administration, including issuing uniform, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring team members have the items required for their role.

Supporting the upkeep and presentation of staff areas.

Assisting with payroll administration tasks, primarily obtaining HOD approvals and supporting payroll processes.

Preparing letters, forms, and employee documentation as required.

Supporting recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and preparing new starter paperwork.

Assisting with training compliance and ensuring employee files remain compliant and up to date.

Assisting with the organisation of employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives.

Data entry and updating internal systems.

Providing general administrative support to departments as required.

Assisting with auditing personnel files and ensuring documentation is complete and correctly filed.

Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
What skills do I need?

Previous experience as a maintenance technician will help but not essential – mainly a willingness to learn about maintenance covering a large hotel.
