We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Person to join our team at Grant & Stone Building Supplies in High Wycombe.

Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone.

Respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Support the sales team in achieving branch targets.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide advice and recommendations.

Assist with stock management and replenishment.

Keep the sales area organised and presentable.

Use computer-based sales systems (full training provided).

Support wider branch operations, including stock control and yard duties when needed.

Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A positive, customer-focused approach.

Confidence handling telephone enquiries.

Good basic computer skills.

Team player with a proactive attitude.
