The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, Personal License would be advantageous but not essential.
Your Key Responsibilities would be:
- General duties
- Efficient Restaurant Service, continuing a high standard of cleanliness
- Staff Supervision; leading the team by example, delivering constructive feedback when required.
- Day to day operation
- Cash handling and till management
- Increasing sales opportunities
- Open/lock ups
- Stock Ordering.
- Stock Rotation.
- Liaising with the Management Team as and when required.
- Liaising with the Admin team as and when required.
- Promotion, using social media.
- Managing and taking charge of the online booking system.
You’ll need to take ownership of problems, and you’ll live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’- sometimes needing to think outside the box. Supporting the Managing director is a great way to learn the business side of running the venue. It is a chance to develop your skills and gain the knowledge you need to progress your career even further.
You will be required to work a mixture of days, late evenings and weekends.
To be successful in this role you need to be; enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible and self-motivated.
