Job Role
As a Care Giver, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support throughout the day, helping the people we support feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll support individuals with their needs, promote independence, maintain dignity, and ensure their wellbeing is always at the heart of everything you do.
This is more than a care role—it's an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life every single shift.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Responding calmly and professionally to any concerns or incidents
- Maintaining accurate records and completing reports
- Supporting individuals in line with their personalised care plans
- Working in accordance with company policies and CQC regulations
- Helping create a safe, reassuring, and positive environment

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with the right values and attitude.
You will be:
- Caring, compassionate, and patient
- Passionate about supporting others to live their best lives
- Reliable and able to work independently during shifts
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Confident using basic IT systems for care documentation
- Professional and calm when dealing with challenging situations
Experience
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. If you have the right values, we'll support you with training and development.
Safeguarding Requirement
Catalyst Choices commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our residents and people in our care, our requirement for the successful applicant would be to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Satisfactory references are also required.
