Join Our Growing Commercial Construction Team
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finishing Gang to work on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. We have an ongoing pipeline of work and are looking for reliable, skilled operatives who can consistently deliver high-quality concrete finishing to programme and specification.
Roles Required
We are interested in hearing from established gangs consisting of:
- Concrete Finishers
- Screeders
- Groundworkers with finishing experience
- Skilled Labourers supporting finishing operations
Key Responsibilities
- Power floating and hand-finishing concrete slabs.
- Laying, levelling, and finishing concrete to specified tolerances.
- Finishing slabs, yards, hard standings, foundations, and other commercial concrete works.
- Installing and finishing concrete floors and external surfaces.
- Working from drawings and site instructions.
- Ensuring excellent quality and finish standards.
- Adhering to site health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.
- Ability to achieve high-quality surface finishes.
- CSCS cards for all operatives.
- Own tools and PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently to programme deadlines.
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel where required.
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets advantageous but not essential.
