Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the retail team, including Deputy Managers and Sales Assistants, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Oversee merchandising activities to maintain attractive product displays aligned with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product placement to optimize sales opportunities.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and teamwork.
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain organized administrative records related to sales, staffing schedules, and store operations.
- Foster a positive shopping environment by ensuring cleanliness, safety compliance, and efficient store layout.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within retail environments, with supervisory or team management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, sales management, and inventory control.
- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in administrative functions such as scheduling, reporting, and stock management.
- Knowledge of retail management software is advantageous; familiarity with time management practices is essential.
- Previous experience in supervising staff within a fast-paced retail setting is preferred.
