We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to join our friendly teams at Downs House and Stroud House Residential Care Homes.

Available Roles - £13.70 per hour + weekends enhancements
Care Assistants peripatetic roles - Downs House & Stroud House
- 24 hours per week
- Peripatetic Roles only - Drivers required (to cover both homes)
Care Assistant - Stroud House
- (Nights) 24 hours per week - Monday - Sunday 2 week rolling shift pattern
- (Days) 30 hours per week shift pattern - 7am - 1pm / 8am - 2pm / 2pm -8pm including alternate weekends
Care Assistants - Downs House
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents to live happy, comfortable and fulfilling lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living
- Building meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support
- Supporting mobility, wellbeing and independence
- Caring for residents living with dementia and complex needs
- Completing accurate care records
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
About Our Homes
Downs House - is a welcoming 46-bed residential care home in Petersfield, providing high-quality, person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment.
Stroud House - is a specialist 25-bed residential care home supporting older people, including those living with complex dementia, in a warm and homely setting.
