Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are upheld in line with fine dining expectations
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Oversee food preparation processes during shifts, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to meet service demands
- Support catering and banquet functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with banquet or catering experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong background in food handling, safety procedures, and inventory management
- Knowledge of menu planning, food service management, and kitchen operations
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
