Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to represent a range of client campaigns.
This is a field-based, face-to-face, door-to-door role where you’ll engage with customers in residential areas, promote client campaigns, and deliver excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client campaigns through door-to-door customer interactions in residential neighbourhoods.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Attend daily training, coaching, and team meetings at our Cardiff-based office.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 full working days per week.

Working Pattern & Earnings
- Self-employed position.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission with weekly pay.
- Minimum 4 full working days per week (Monday–Saturday availability).
- Daily attendance at our Cardiff office before travelling to assigned residential areas.
