The Role.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pre-Owned Watch Administrator to take full ownership of product flow through the business. This is a key operational role responsible for the end-to-end administration of all watches.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage and oversee all stock entering and leaving the business
- Take full responsibility for stock control, inventory management, and stock takes
- Handle packaging and shipping (incoming and outgoing goods)
- Assess the condition and functionality of all incoming watches, ensuring they meet retail standards
- Coordinate repairs and servicing, tracking all stock movement between locations
- Maintain and monitor product upload timelines and repair KPIs
- Communicate product updates clearly and promptly to team members and clients
- Manage sales and purchasing invoicing
- Handle enquiries from retail and trade clients (online, phone, and in-store)
- Manage and resolve customer service issues, including after-sales queries, complaints, and service updates in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience is maintained at all times
- Liaise effectively with relevant team members to ensure smooth operations
- Complete all associated administrative duties
Skills & Experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confident in handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- IT literate and confident in learning new systems and processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
