Join CLASS as a Support Worker.
At CLASS, we support adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs to live independently in their own homes across Birmingham and Solihull (mainly Acocks Green).
As a Support Worker, your role will be to:
- Support service users with daily living tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal prep).
- Provide emotional support and promote independence.
- Assist with shopping, budgeting, and managing money.
- Support healthy eating and prescribed meal plans.
- Help service users enjoy trips, days out, and activities.
- Keep service users safe and supported.
Hours & Shifts
- Full-time: 38 hours per week
- Includes 1 sleep-in per week
- Shifts: 2 x 12-hour day shifts (8am–8pm)
- 1 x 14-hour shift with sleep-in (8am-10pm, paid to sleep in onsite)
- Work 3 days a week and 4 days off
- Overtime available
