We are an exciting and fast-growing Build to Rent scheme currently experiencing high demand over the summer period. As a result of this increased activity, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team on a temporary three-month basis to support our continued success. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a modern and thriving residential lettings environment.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting the leasing of our apartments while delivering a high standard of customer service. The position involves proactively making prospect calls and following up on enquiries, while building strong rapport with prospective tenants to understand their needs and guide them through the lettings process.
You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, showcasing the development and its benefits, and assisting with check-in reports and tenancy documentation. Alongside this, you will provide general lettings administration support, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and in a timely manner. You will also contribute to achieving occupancy targets during what is a busy and fast-paced peak period.
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and naturally skilled at building relationships with a wide range of people. You should be highly motivated, with a positive and proactive attitude, and able to stay organised with strong attention to detail. Comfort speaking over the phone and managing incoming enquiries is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within lettings, customer service, or a sales-based role would be advantageous; however, it is not essential, as attitude and enthusiasm are equally important.
