Welder Fabricator
Who are we?
Control Induction is a commercial catering manufacturer based in Borough Green Kent, who have grown into a market leader in the catering industry. We are looking for a welder fabricator to assist in our daily production.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in stainless steel tig welding.
· Experience working with 1mm to 3mm stainless steel.
· Ensure sound weld joints and good cosmetic finish.
· Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools.
· Ensure production targets are met.
· Ensuring H&S Standards are maintained.
· Keeping work area clean and tidy.
Welder Fabricator Position Requirements
· Proven tig welding experience
· Must be able to understand complex drawings.
· Be familiar with cutting and folding process.
· Good attention to detail
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
· Ability to work to deadline.
· Ability and desire to adapt to changing work schedules.
· Onsite installations and overnight stays required.
· You will be required to take a welding assessment as part of the interview process
Our Opportunity:
We offer a competitive salary which includes 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days over a 5-year period) + bank holidays + auto enroll pension (where applicable).
· Salary range is graded and dependent on experience
· Basic hours of work are 40 hours a week.
· Monday to Friday
· Overtime available (rates to be discussed following successful application)
