Optima Claims specialises in working with commercial insurance brokers and insurance companies to help business road users get back on the road following road traffic collisions.
Due to expansion, we are looking for additional people to join our team, with the successful candidates receiving full training and getting the opportunity to flourish within a vibrant and ambitious business.
Main responsibilities include:
- Acting as first line of support to our clients following road traffic incidents
- Speaking to customers and their representatives
- Liaising with our suppliers and insurance companies
- Identifying opportunities to promote our services and support business growth, with an element of sales and relationship building involved in the role.
Successful candidates will:
- Have good customer service skills
- Be confident and professional communicators
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Be comfortable discussing services with customers and recognising sales opportunities where appropriate
- Be motivated, positive, and eager to learn
The successful candidate will receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. They will also be enrolled in our company bonus scheme after 3 months. We also offer regular salary reviews based on individual performance, providing the opportunity to increase earnings based on contribution and results.
This is a fully office based role at our premises. Due to the collaborative nature of the position and the training provided, working from home or hybrid working is not available.
