Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service from the moment they walk in
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team to deliver quality dishes promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages with care and precision
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with catering, serving, and food preparation processes
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skill in coffee making and beverage presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure safe handling of food and drinks
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
