Strobe Security Solutions is a well-established local company specialising in electronic security systems, CCTV, access control, automatic barriers, traffic control systems and garage doors. We've built our reputation by looking after our customers properly, and we're now looking for the right person to help us continue growing.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and spotting opportunities.
You might already be an experienced salesperson looking for your next challenge.
Or perhaps you've worked as an electrical or security engineer and are ready to move into a customer-facing sales role.
If you've got the right attitude, we'll help with the rest.
What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:
- Meeting new and existing customers across North Wales.
- Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
- Visiting sites to understand customers' requirements.
- Preparing quotations and following them through to completion.
- Building long-term relationships with customers.
- Working closely with our office and engineering teams to deliver excellent service.
We'd love to hear from you if you...
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
- Are motivated, organised and happy working independently.
- Have experience in sales or an electrical/security engineering background.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Want to be part of a friendly, growing local company.
You don't need to know everything about our products from day one - we'll provide full training and ongoing support.

Location
Most of our work is across North Wales, so ideally you'll live within around 20 miles of our office in Old Colwyn.
