Robinson Dental, Thorne Road, is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Dentist to join us two days a week, from Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a ready-made cosmetic pipeline. Having taken over Robinson Dental, we are bringing the know-how from our other practices into the group. With six practices across the area referring in and a dedicated sales team behind you, you'll build a full diary quickly.
We've recently completed a full fit-out of a new surgery, added a dedicated treatment coordinator room, and installed CBCT on site. You can see the standard of work and the type of patient our marketing attracts on Instagram at our other practices: @casadentaluk and @one80_dental
The role
- Provide composite bonding, veneers and full smile makeovers, alongside clear aligner treatment
- Assess, diagnose and design personalised cosmetic treatment plans for patients referred from across the group
- Manage a high volume of cosmetic consultations and confidently guide patients from initial assessment through to case acceptance
- Clearly communicate treatment options, benefits, risks and expected outcomes
- Work alongside an experienced clinical, nursing and treatment coordinator team
- Maintain excellent clinical standards, documentation and full GDC compliance
What we're looking for
- GDC-registered dentist with a proven track record in cosmetic dentistry — bonding, veneers and aligners
- A portfolio of completed cosmetic cases is essential — we will ask to see it at interview
- Comfortable in front of a camera, and confident asking happy patients for a testimonial at the end of treatment
- An established Instagram presence of your own is preferred, though not essential if you're willing to build one with us
- Implant experience is a bonus, with scope to develop this across the group
- Commercially minded — able to build value and close treatment plans, not simply present them
- Strong consultation skills are as important to us as strong hands
- Comfortable managing a high volume of consultations, including patients comparing several providers
- Collaborative, professional and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary group
