As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting others in the community.
No previous care experience is required — we recruit based on values and personality, and full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What the role involves:
- Personal care and support
- Meal preparation
- Domestic duties
- Shopping and companionship visits
- Supporting clients within the community
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
Areas Covered:
This is a community-based role, therefore applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to their own vehicle
- Be able to travel between client visits
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly rate starting from £12.71 per hour
- Paid travel time, increasing your overall earnings
- Enhanced weekend rate of £14.30 per hour
- Paid mileage at 45p per mile

Shift Patterns:
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Evening shifts: 4:00pm – 10:30pm
- Alternate weekends required
Current Availability Needed
We are currently particularly looking for carers available for evening and weekend shifts, as demand for care during these times continues to grow.
