The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, safely and on time.
Working as part of a close-knit warehouse team, your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Receiving, checking and booking in supplier deliveries.
- Loading, unloading and safely moving stock within the warehouse.
- Replenishing picking locations and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and health & safety.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties as required.

- Has a good standard of spoken and written English.
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role which involves:
- Regular lifting and moving of products, typically up to 2kg, with occasional heavier items.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Working efficiently to meet daily operational targets.
