Overview
We have a vacancy for a FOH (Front of House) Manager.

Candidates will have knowledge of the café; barista skills; supervisory experience; and confidence in managing stock logistics and staff rotas.
Duties
- Assist in working with the team and overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously
- Help supervise and manage team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Aid in managing customer enquiries and private functions
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant
- Participate in training programmes focused on leadership, food production and service excellence
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Demonstrated leadership qualities or supervising experience within a restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A keen interest in developing a career within the hospitality industry (we have plans to grow)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake training programmes aimed at developing managerial competencies

Please note: Base pay is £15 per hour and we have a service charge which will provide a minimum of £1.67 extra per hour. You are welcome to verify this with any member of staff.
