Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality improvement activities, workflow reviews, and service performance tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, clients, and business partners
- Monitor documentation accuracy, process updates, service standards, and operational reports
- Support issue resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports, performance summaries, meeting notes, and improvement recommendations
- Assist with team coordination, resource planning, and quality-related training support
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, timelines, and quality expectations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in quality management, process improvement, operations support, supplier coordination, business services, or service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with vendors, quality systems, internal teams, or operational reporting is an advantage

Education

Pay: £42,000.00-£67,000.00 per year
