Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, friendly service.
- Take customer orders accurately using the till/POS system.
- Prepare and serve desserts, waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, drinks, and other menu items to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop, including customer seating areas, kitchen, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow food safety, health, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash handling where required.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
