You will hold a Level 1-3 BGU qualification in Cheer or be working towards it already

Join our dynamic team as a Cheerleading Coach and inspire athletes to reach new heights both on and off the mat! In this energetic role, you will lead cheerleading teams through skill development, choreography, and performance preparation. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging cheerleading practices focused on technique, routines, and stunts
- Teach safety procedures and proper cheerleading techniques to prevent injuries
- Develop creative choreography that aligns with team goals and competition standards
- Motivate athletes to perform at their best during practices, competitions, and community events
- Monitor athlete progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage personal growth
- Foster a supportive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship and collaboration
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure smooth team operations and event participation
Qualifications
- Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in cheerleading or related athletic activities
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of athletes
- Knowledge of cheerleading techniques, stunts, tumbling, and safety protocols
- Ability to plan structured practices while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and confidence
