Salary: 12.71 per hour
Hours: 17.5 hours per week- 5pm until 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Evening Concierge to join our on-site team at Dolphin Quays.
This role focuses on providing an excellent experience for residents and visitors while helping maintain a well-presented, welcoming and smoothly operated residential development during the evening.
You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, carry out routine building checks, assist with day-to-day site matters and work closely with the Building Manager to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the development.
Resident & Visitor Experience

Welcome residents, visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.

Respond to general enquiries and provide assistance where appropriate.

Build positive relationships while maintaining a professional approach.
Building & Estate Support

Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and shared facilities.

Report maintenance issues, defects and health and safety concerns promptly.

Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the development.

Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the building.
Site Administration
-
Complete daily records and routine site documentation.

Record contractor visits, deliveries and other relevant site activity.

Keep the Building Manager informed of any issues requiring attention.
General Responsibilities

Help promote a welcoming and well-managed environment.

Support contractors by ensuring site procedures are followed.

Use building systems and equipment as required to assist with the effective operation of the development.
You'll be someone who:

Has previous experience in customer service, concierge, hospitality, facilities or a similar customer-facing role.
