What will you be doing?
Every day is different. You’ll:
- Build trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Provide emotional and physical care in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Support children with their daily needs, independence and personal goals.
- Help children with reduced mobility and safely use specialist equipment.
- Work closely with a dedicated team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need at least 6 months’ experience in a Learning Disability or Mental Health setting, working with children, young people or adults.
Most importantly, you’ll be kind, patient, compassionate and a great team player, with a genuine desire to help others.
