Due to expansion and growth within our industry, we now have a great opportunity available for a Group Accounts Administrator to join our team, at our offices in Walsall. You will be working directly within the accounts team and reporting to our Group Accounts Senior Administrator. You will have the passion, drive, and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, dynamic way.
Skills & Experience
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good general all round communication, internal & external
· Work closely with accounts senior/supervision
· Work to deadlines
· Strong excel and outlook required
· Strong Sage accounting
· Group accounts and working on more than one ledger at numerous times, as intercompany transactions do occur
Systems used
· Excel
· Outlook
· Share point
· Sage 50 Accounts Professional
· Windows Designer (internal training will be provided)
· Admin Base (internal training will be provided)
