What You’ll Be Doing
As our Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll be:
- Supporting the Nursery Manager in leading a happy, high-performing team
- Inspiring practitioners to deliver outstanding early years experiences
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
- Helping to create exciting environments where curiosity and creativity flourish
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (please note that Health & Social Care qualifications are not accepted for this role)
- Has leadership or senior practitioner experience within a nursery setting
- Is passionate about child development and early years education
- Leads with positivity, confidence, and a great sense of humour
- Loves teamwork and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and join in the fun
