Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems in both residential and some small commercial settings. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.
Monday to Friday, no weekends.
42.5 hours per week to be worked between 7am – 5pm.
Duties:
- Installation of plumbing systems to kitchens and bathrooms.
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works.
- Reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems.
- Use of hand tools, power tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within timeframes and to a high quality.
- Adhere to health & safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Essential Requirements:
- Full Manual Driving licence
- Previous experience as a Plumber
- Skilled in the use of various tools and plumbing equipment
- Strong drive and motivation to deliver high quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in completing tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Effective communication skills
Desirable:
- Gas Safe Registered
- HETAS Certified
- OFTEC Certified
