Location: London, (near Coal Drops Yard), near Kings Cross Station.
Flexible working available: We operate a hybrid working policy, with people working from the office two days a week and the rest working from home. People may choose to come in more often.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.50 hours per week, and willing and able to travel internationally as required, including to fragile and conflict-affected states.

Advance Your Career in International Development:
Are you an experienced development professional passionate about driving sustainable economic growth in emerging markets? Ready to play a key role in delivering high-impact international development programmes across diverse geographies? As a Manager with Tetra Tech International Development, you will lead the successful delivery of complex programmes, contribute to business development, and build strong client and partner relationships. This London-based role offers flexible hybrid working, with at least two days per week in the office, and opportunities for international travel to programme locations.
What You will Do:

Manage the successful delivery of large, complex international development programmes, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met. You will take day-to-day responsibility for an existing economic growth programme in our portfolio from the outset, which is expected to account for around half of your time. Over time, this portfolio is likely to grow, alongside your wider programme and business development responsibilities.

Support business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping pursuit strategies, and developing tailored proposals in collaboration with partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and internal teams to support delivery and growth.

Contribute to the wider Economic Growth and Infrastructure Practice through knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior staff.

Travel internationally to programme locations and other company offices as required.
