At The Curve Code, we help women transform their bodies through sustainable body recomposition not crash diets or restriction.
Our mission is to help women feel stronger, more confident and more educated about their health while still enjoying the foods and cultures they love.
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to become an integral part of that mission.
This isn't just an admin role.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a coach and eventually lead parts of our programme.
The Role
Initially you'll support our founder with client success and day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing daily client messages
- Following up with clients who have gone quiet
- Supporting weekly check-ins
- Updating training plans inside our training platform
- Helping onboard new clients
- Keeping our coaching community engaged
- Managing admin tasks
- Ensuring every client feels seen, supported and accountable
As you grow within the business, you'll receive coaching and mentoring to eventually begin delivering parts of our coaching programme.

You are someone who:
- Genuinely loves helping people
- Is organised and proactive
- Has excellent written communication
- Is warm, encouraging and empathetic
- Can hold people accountable with kindness
- Has a passion for health and fitness
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Is excited to grow with a small business
Bonus points if you have
- Coaching experience
- Personal Training qualification
- Nutrition qualification
- Experience using fitness training platforms (not essential)
- Customer success experience
- Experience managing online communities
Hours
- Approximately 10 hours per week to begin
- Flexible working hours
- Fully remote
Pay
£15-£18 per hour depending on experience.
