The Pink Room Pilates is a boutique, women-focused reformer Pilates studio designed to empower, strengthen and support women at every stage of their journey. With a luxury, welcoming environment and a strong community feel, we specialise in beginner-friendly, pregnancy, postnatal and signature reformer classes.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading group classes and has specialist knowledge in pre and postnatal training.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience teaching Pilates (Reformer preferred)
- Fully qualified Pilates instructor (Level 3 minimum or equivalent)
- Certified in Pre & Postnatal Pilates
- Confident delivering safe, engaging and structured group classes
- Strong understanding of anatomy and modifications for all abilities
- Friendly, professional and able to build rapport with clients
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality reformer Pilates classes (beginner to intermediate)
- Lead pregnancy and postnatal classes safely and effectively
- Provide modifications and progressions tailored to individual needs
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive class environment
- Maintain studio standards and client experience

Experience:
