Position for a part-time Credit Control / Accounts Support Assistant to join our growing team in Walsall. This hybrid role offers 20 hours per week ranging from £13.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
We are looking for a proactive, organized individual to split their time between essential office administration and supporting our finance team. Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Support:
- Assisting the Sales Team with queries and conducting weekly updates regarding aged debt.
- Responding to customer inquiries and professionally chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email.
Office Administration:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails.
- Maintaining digital filing systems and managing office supplies and post.
- Assisting with data entry and generating basic weekly and monthly reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration or junior bookkeeping/accounts role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets. Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
