The role as a Personal Support Worker is vital in helping our clients achieve their goals by offering dedicated assistance in daily activities. Responsibilities
responsibilities include:
- Provide personalized support to clients living in their own homes
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients with Autism and learning disabilities with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure a safe environment through behaviour management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Promote independence and enhance quality of life for clients.
- Support clients in engaging in activities that foster well-being and social interaction.
qualifications include:
- Proven experience or training in patient care, assisted living, or support work
- Knowledge of learning disabilites and Autism
- Strong communication skills and compassion.
- Valid UK driving license preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with behaviour management is a plus.
- A genuine desire to support individuals in achieving their independence.
