Responsibilities
- Perform captivating acts and routines that entertain and engage audiences, including storytelling, singing, dancing, and interactive skits.
- Maintain high energy levels throughout performances to ensure audience enjoyment.
- Collaborate with fellow performers and staff to organise shows and special events.
- Assist in preparing costumes, props, and set pieces for performances.
- Interact positively with guests, answering questions and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
- Adhere to safety guidelines during performances and activities to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
- Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to continually improve performance skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in entertainment, theatre, or performance arts is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are most important.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Creative flair with the ability to improvise and adapt during live performances.
- Experience working with children or families is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well within a team in a lively, fast-paced environment.
