Summary
We are looking to recruit an individual to join and support our team at The Ferryman's Inn, Taymouth Marina located on the banks of Loch Tay, near Aberfeldy in Perthshire. A Bar and Restaurant Supervisor who possesses a strong F&B knowledge & shows a clear passion for hospitality.
Previous experience in the industry is a must, preferably in a similar role, but not essential. However a passion for hospitality, experience of stock control, sound product knowledge and enthusiasm to make a difference.
Skills required:
- Proven track record within the hospitality sector, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to lead, train & develop staff to drive the operational excellence.
- Customer focused & positive "can do" attitude.
- Adaptable, organised and able to operate within a fast paced environment.
- A Personal Licence (desirable)
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Shift running & staff training
- Cellar Management & supporting in stock takes
- Opening and closing the department.
- Improving standards and maintaining compliance of The Ferryman's Inn.
- Control of day to day service
Key Relationships:
- Reports to Operations Manager
- Work closely with with the Front of House and Kitchen team.
- Lead team daily by example and from the front
