We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor at The Globe Inn, Tamworth.
30+ hours available.
NWM & NLW hourly paid.
Job responsibilities
Ensuring your shifts are run in a professional manner through delegating, problem solving and exceptional service delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Work as a team throughout the business.
Open and Closing responsibilities.
Managing shifts on your own and assuming responsibility in your manager’s absence.
The bar supervisor will have responsibility for delivering the bar in a 5 star condition on hygiene and cleanliness to maintain our rating.
Meeting with the hotels Health and Safety standards at all times to protect yourself, our guests and our team.

Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Background in hospitality and culinary arts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in food preparation and cooking
- Bartending skills with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with food production and kitchen operations
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
