Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Porter/Cook to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and preparing breakfast as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and experience within the hospitality industry. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during their stay, maintaining excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Oversee the safety and security of the premises during night shifts, including monitoring CCTV and conducting regular patrols
- Prepare, cook and serve breakfast or in accordance with established standards and guest preferences
- Assist guests with enquiries, reservations, or special requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas, including the lobby, dining areas, and service stations
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging incidents, completing shift reports, and managing guest check-ins or check-outs when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Experience with food preparation or cooking is advantageous, must be able to cook English breakfast, and additional Breakfast dishes including poached eggs etc.
- Fire safety & First aid certificates would also be highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills are essential for managing guest interactions efficiently

Pay: £26,436.80-£26,436.81 per year
