Evolve Home Energy Solutions Ltd is growing — and we’re looking for a friendly, confident, and organised Customer Experience Advisor to join our team.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the very start.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Handling all incoming calls — including complaints, remedial queries, general enquiries, and information requests.
-Directing calls to the correct department, ensuring customers reach the right team quickly.
-Logging enquiries, complaints, and remedial issues accurately, following internal processes.
-Calling customers to complete pre‑installation surveys, helping us prepare for a smooth installation process.
-Conducting post‑installation surveys to gather feedback, support continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For
-Someone with great communication skills and a friendly phone manner
-Highly organised and detail‑oriented
-Able to stay calm and professional, even during challenging conversations
-Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
-Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude matters most!
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Working hours will fall between 8 AM and 6 PM on a shift basis (with occasional weekend work if required).
Initial Interviews: Can be completed remotely
