Three Bridges Primary is a 3-form entry school on a split site with a Nursery and a Special Support Centre.
We are looking for inspirational and highly motivated Learning Support Assistants to join our fantastic team at Three Bridges Primary school to support our children.

Salary: Grade: 4, Point 5 - 6, £19,343 - £19,643 inc Crawley Weighting
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, term time only
Location: Crawley
Interviews: 2nd July 2026
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be organised efficient and flexible
- Be willing to work hard to make sure all children at Three Bridges are supported effectively
- Have high expectations of children’s behaviour and attainment
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with children, staff and the wider school community
- Be able to support children of different abilities and ages, 1:1 or groups
- Be willing to contribute to the wider life of our school
- Have strong Maths and English skills, GCSE grade C or equivalent and competent IT skills
