About the Role
PerCurra East Dunbartonshire, a* domiciliary care service* and is looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and develop the service.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-quality homecare service that empowers service users to live independently at home their way.
The Registered Manager is directly accountable to the service owners and the Care Inspectorate.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the safe and effective delivery of domiciliary care services
- Ensure all care is person-centred, compassionate, and high-quality
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of care staff
- Create and oversee individual care plans tailored to client needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards
- Monitor care quality and carry out regular client assessments
- Support individuals with complex needs, including dementia
- Oversee medication management and daily living support
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a domiciliary care service (essential)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of care regulations and compliance
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs (e.g. dementia)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Must have right to work in the UK
