Main Tasks: List of areas of responsibilities
· Answer and route incoming calls on a complex digital telephone system.
· Understanding where to retrieve information and staff directories.
· Learn how to provide information to clients from a variety of sources to field questions from the client regarding departments, phone numbers, operational hours, addresses etc…
· Assist callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriate.
· Learning how to use the computer system and phone technicalities.
· Input information onto case management system and producing documents
· Sending out documents accordingly by email or post
· Chasing clients for the return of documents
· Updating spreadsheets & case management system daily
· Responding to emails internally and externally
· Greeting clients and assisting with queries on the telephone & in person
· Opening files
· Copying of documents
· Collecting and distribution of post
· Preparing post for dispatch
· Replenishment of photocopiers
· Understand what services and product the company offers.
· Any other admin duties as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£23,069.00 per year
