This Lettings Manager opportunity offers an exciting next step for an experienced lettings professional who is ready to grow their career, build on their success and develop into a future branch leader within the UK’s leading property services group.
Your Role:
As Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our residential lettings team. You will focus on winning new business, building strong relationships with landlords and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will support valuations and listings, grow market share and work closely with the team to achieve branch success. This is a hands-on opportunity where you can make a real impact while developing your leadership skills and progressing your career.
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for an ambitious lettings professional who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience within residential lettings, including winning listings and valuations
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building relationships
- The drive and ambition to succeed and progress their career
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach
- The ability to work towards targets and deliver results
- A full UK driving licence
Previous management experience isn’t essential. If you have the right lettings experience, ambition and desire to succeed, we’ll support you in developing the leadership skills needed to thrive in the role.
