Join Our High‑Performing Credit Hire Defence Team as a Recovery Claims Handler
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and driven Recovery Claims Handler to become a key part of our fast‑paced, high‑achieving Credit Hire Defence Team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload, working to recover client losses—whether insured or uninsured—while delivering an exceptional service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Drive successful recoveries by proactively engaging with insurers to secure full losses for both insured and uninsured clients.

Lead early investigations to support effective negotiation and settlement with third‑party representatives.

Partner with MPL Legal to escalate complex recoveries and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Use our bespoke claims management system to log, track, and manage claims with accuracy and efficiency.

Meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs, contributing to the team’s strong performance and reputation.

Review and validate invoices from authorised partners, ensuring accuracy before processing them for approval.
What We’re Looking For

Individual keen to learn Credit Hire Defence

Proactive claims handler with experience in motor claims.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Confident communicator with professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning bespoke
